Orders and payment
Direct “Buy securely” buttons on this website open a Stripe-hosted checkout for Embrace Health Limited. Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars. Stripe currently presents card payment, Apple Pay and Link when supported by the customer’s device and account. The final payment options available to you are those shown at checkout.
Shipping
Direct product checkouts collect a New Zealand delivery address. Any shipping charge and delivery information displayed at checkout form part of the order. Review the product, total price and delivery details before authorising payment.
Returns and refunds
For an order placed through the Embrace Health Limited Stripe checkout, contact renee@embracehealth.co.nz with your order number before returning anything. Any product-specific money-back guarantee is subject to the conditions shown with that product. Your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law continue to apply.
Warranty
Any manufacturer or retailer warranty is subject to its stated terms and proof-of-purchase requirements. Nothing on this website limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
